Sushi is great, and now the source for a new documentary called Jiro Dreams of Sushi about famed sushi chef Jiro Ono.For those not in the know, Jiro is an 85-year-old legend and the only sushi chef to earn a 3 star Michelin rating. The documentary from David Gelb focuses on the mans life and love and his skills being passed down to his son. See the trailer for yourself right after the break.
