 Oh, Da Vinci’s Demons, you try to be fancy and flashy and enthrall us with how magical you think you are, but truthfully, you’re just too cheesy to be anything more than a low budget mash-up of Game of Thrones and The Borgias.


You have delusions of grandeur that in seven episodes you haven’t even come near to fulfilling.


This episode Leonardo da Vinci (Tom Riley) did his usual obnoxious thing (trying to prove himself superior to everyone else) in his quest to find the elusive (and still nebulous) Book of Leaves, as well as what really happened to his mother, whom he found out last episode is still alive.
