HOW TO SAVE 'COMMUNITY' FROM GETTING THE AXE

For those of us who are desperate for imaginative, entertaining and smart television shows, the picking are particular slim on the network channels. So when Community came on the scene it was like a breathe of fresh, nerdy air that we couldn't wait to suck down. But in our enthusiasm for a show chock full of geek references we forgot the cardinal rule of television:

If it's good, they will cancel it.

So with Community on the chopping block one YouTube user decided to trick the network execs into saving the show by re-cutting the intro to look like the opening to Parks and Recreation (which will probably be getting shelved soon enough) in order to confuse them.

Maybe it will work.

But probably not.
