I have to warn you, this video is pretty intense (filled with sex, birthing babies, drunk Russians, auto erotic-asphyxiation and loads of blood) but it's the vocal talent of Foals lead singer Yannis Philippakis that really gets you in the gut and makes you weak in the knees.
I mean, I've watched this video (which is really almost like a short story) about fifteen times now and I still get a bit overwhelmed by both the visuals and the lyrics (I suggest playing the video twice, once to watch it and the other time, simply listen to the song with you eyes closed).
If you're entranced by it the way I am, then grab their new album Holy Fire and play it as much as possible (kinda like you did with Prince's Purple Rain back in the day).
