ARSENIO HALL Is Back
In a strange move by CBS, Arsenio Hall is coming back to TV to have his own late-night TV show. The new show will launch in fall 2013 with a target demographic of the 35-54 age range. Those are the people that they saw watch TV the old fashioned way meaning they don't really use VOD or DVR to watch shows. The funny part is that while Hall was known for appealing to a younger audience in the late 80s/ early 90s, now CBS is hoping those viewers are still ready to watch 20 years later. The network is also hoping that he will bring in a large multicultural audience. The show will be an exclusive to different stations in the Tribune family. So far 17 out of 23 stations will be showing the hourlong series.
ADAM BALDWIN Has LEVERAGE
The stars of Chuck are moving on now that the show is over. Adam Baldwin now has a potentially recurring role on Leverage. He will play a similar role as his Chuck gig. He's set to play a former soldier turned government agent who is in charge of a new counter-terrorism unit. In addition to his large role in Chuck, he is also known for his part in Firefly and then Serenity right after that.
