Life is full of important milestones, whether it’s turning 21 and being able to legally drink—which means, for a lot of us, continuing to do what we were doing for years, only now without the threat of police activity and prison loving—or graduating college or marriage and the birth of a child.
As I head towards my 100th installment of Danger Rooms here on FOG! in August, a milestone of its own, I was reminded last week once again just how pivotal the X-Men have been in shaping my comic book collection over the years as I netted my 10,000th comic.

For those who have been following my exploits here over the years, you know that I’m a huge X-Men geek, as if the fact I’ve been writing Danger Rooms this whole time wasn’t a dead giveaway.
