Made from Nueske's Cherrywood Bacon, Guittard Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate, and, of course, 23k edible gold flakes, this back fat is guaranteed to give the middle finger to all of those people whom the economy has paralyzed and who cannot justify spending $40 on a pack of bacon...even if it does give those of us with a bank account of -$22.00 a chance to feel happy again, if only for one delicious moment.
