Get ready America, in just a few short weeks the powerful marketing gods of mass media will soon be bombarding you with various Hobbit-related advertising, all created for the sole purpose of putting your ass in a movie seat to see the next chapter of Middle-Earth.
But one such campaign will surely make J.R.R Tolkien, the man who created a wondrous, and mythical world that has enchanted and inspired millions of people, to spin in his grave, as he is about to be reduced to nothing more than the inspiration for a Build Your Own Hobbit Slam.
That's right, Denny's is unleashing an entire Hobbit-themed menu that features such fare as: Gandalf’s Gobble Melt, Bilbo’s Berry Smoothie, Radagast’s Red Velvet Pancake Puppies and something called Lonely Mountain Treasure (plus other items too embarrassing to say out loud).
The menu will be available on November 6, so, if you want to eat like Hobbit, head down to your local Denny's after you vote in the Presidential election and commence shoveling huge piles of food into your face hole...just like Bilbo.
