Guy Ritchie is adapting another classic, as he's attached to direct a new version of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island. Ritchie will produce the film with his partner Lionel Wigram and Kevin McCormick. Alex Harakis will write the screenplay based on Wigram's reimagining, which he successfully did previously with Sherlock Holmes.
