I have to remember to stop watching trailers late at night for horror movies like House At the End of the Street.
In this version of the story, Elisabeth Shue plays Sarah who moves into town with her daughter Elissa, played by Jennifer Lawrence. Although they think they are getting their dream house, "startling and unexplainable events" start to happen at their new home.
